I like to write stories, but what usually happens is I get half-way through, and then think: "No. This isn't going to work - the plot is rubbish".
My dream is to actually finish a story I can be proud of.

I like to write stories but i've never finished one.
I'm currently writing one that's supposed to be top secret (Secret, secret: It's called time will tell)

Yes, I write. I write novels, actually. I've finished one, called, Fall to Your Knees, which I consider to be even worse than Twilight. It has all the awful writing, but with added plotholes as well... I've also almost-finished another, called Lead Us Not that was a little more cohesive, but still quite badly written. I've put it on hold for a little while, 'cause the issues covered by it have become a lot more sensitive to me while I was writing it. It was great though; it took me about three months to get it up to about 50k. I've never done NaNo, so it's the most writing I've ever done. I also put it up on FictionPress and it got very good reviews. (:

I'm currently writing something called Fireworks. Only about 5k in, but I'm enjoying it muchly.

@lollydollyb: If that happens, just keep on writing. It's the only way you'll improve. You can always go back and tweak the plot once you're done.

I love writing stories!! I usually write short ones but I'm planning a full length novel as a summer holiday project!!! I've got loads of ideas... it's slowly coming together.
It's good to know that I'm not the only one who wastes time writing stories!!
